This is a short 15-minute Epithetical Hekatean Reiki session that serves two potential purposes: 1.To get the you accustomed/introduced to what Reiki energy feels like before committing to and investing in a longer session. 2. To focus on one central chakra or situation that you may feel is blocked or for which you are seeking insight . If you are unsure of where your energy may be blocked, there are many online chakra blockage quizes you can take to find out.
